Posted: 7/16/2020
The SLA Board would like to introduce Corrina Parnapy as our new Lake Consultant. Corrina will be using her expertise to analyze the data collected as we continue our work to improve the quality of the lake.
Corrina is the lead Aquatic Biologist/Phycologist for Avacal Biological and the Lake Consultant for the SLA. Her background is focused in determining upland impacts to water quality and finding solutions. She holds degrees from Skidmore College and SUNY Cobleskill in Limnology and Environmental Studies. Her research has focused on creating and confirming metrics to determine ecosystem health. She has spent over a decade studying water quality impacts within the waters of the Adirondacks and Vermont. Corrina will be a tremendous asset to our Association.
