New Shelter for Boatwash Stewards

The Schroon Lake Association, along with the town of Schroon and the Paradox Lake Association, purchased a new shed for the Boat Wash Station on Route 74 at Severence. The SLA received a $1,000 grant from the Community Fund for the Gore Mountain Region to assist in funding this purchase. This will provide much needed shelter for the stewards particularly during inclement weather. The Boat Wash Station will continue to operate from 6am-6pm through Labor Day. After that, hours will be reduced through Columbus Day Weekend.
